The loved ones of teens missing after a deadly fire at a venue in a Switzerland's winter destination are facing an painful period of uncertainty for official news and requesting information about their loved ones publicly.

The blaze engulfed the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the mountains of the Valais region, in the small hours of the first day of the year. Verified video reveal the ceiling catching alight as beverages with sparklers are raised in celebration.

Officials have stated that it could take an extended period to identify the fatalities of the tragedy, which killed four dozen individuals and hurt another scores more. Heartbreaking Pleas for the Missing

The whereabouts of teenager from Switzerland Arthur Brodard, sixteen, are still unconfirmed, according to an appeal from his mother.

The resident of Lutry near Lausanne, explained to a publication that she had gone back to the city to check whether he was in the medical facility, while his father did the equivalent search in Bern, but did not locate him.

The Italy's government has confirmed that six of its nationals have not been located.
